UX WORKS

The project covered all stages of the “Double Diamond” design process: discovery, definition, development and delivery, with the aim of creating a solid and strategic design ecosystem, developed into 4 digital solutions that could be applied across 3 channels distinct. The process underwent Desk Research, Stakeholders, BenchMarketing, CSD Matrix, creation of personas, empathy map, user journey, needs statement, until reaching the idea generation part creating a prioritization grid and low, media and high fidelity, the last being interactive for testing.

The project was a personal theme, developed with the entire UX/UI designer process: Desk Research, Stakeholders, BenchMarketing, CSD Matrix, creation of personas, empathy map, user journey, needs statement, until reaching the generation part of ideas creating a prioritization grid and low, medium and high fidelity prototypes, the latter being interactive for testing. The main tool for the project was Figma.
