I’m a UX-focused professional with a strong foundation in design, technology, and digital communication. My career began in visual communication design and has evolved organically into a deep interest in user experience. This journey has given me a holistic understanding of how design and technology come together to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful solutions.
In recent years, I’ve worked closely with SaaS technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem, while collaborating on digital projects for companies based in Portugal, Spain, and Brazil. These experiences have contributed to building a strong multicultural perspective through collaboration with professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries.
My toolkit includes Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a range of web design tools, paired with solid knowledge of UX strategies, design systems, and digital marketing. A defining moment in my UX path was a mentorship led by a senior UX/UI designer from IBM, where I further honed my skills in Design Thinking and agile methodologies—embracing co-creation, rapid prototyping, and continuous user feedback to drive results.
On the academic side, I bring a strong and diverse foundation: a Bachelor's in Visual Communication Design from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a Master's in Communication Design and New Media from the University of Lisbon, and I’m currently enrolled in a PhD program in Media and Society at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. I’ve also expanded my practical skill set with specialized training in UX/UI Design at EBAC and courses in Social Media Marketing at FLAG.
